Position Title: Administrative Assistant – Poplar Bluff Location (2080 Three Rivers Blvd., Suite 204)                               

Position Accountable To:  Poplar Bluff Regional Site Coordinator

 GENERAL SUMMARY:

The position coordinates office resources, assist students with financial aid and admissions process, provides general customer service, works with faculty to ensure university guidelines are met and assist the Site Coordinator with other administrative duties.   This position is located on the Three Rivers College Campus.

 PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Customer Service – 30%                                               

Assisting Site Coordinator – 25%

Administrative duties – 15%

Assisting with financial aid process – 15%

Admissions Process – 10%

Assisting Faculty – 5%

Other duties as assigned.

 EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS:             

Associate Degree Required

Computer skills (Word, Excel) Must know Excel.

Customer service experience

Organizational & Record Keeping skills

 PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Must be able to be at work station and work on computer for extended time periods

 OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

Using typical office equipment (copier, fax machine, computer)

Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize workload

Microsoft Office Suite preferred.
